CANCELLATIONS

When you confirm your booking at cavy care, you agree to pay a fee if you decide to cancel. fees are as follows:
- cancellation 5 days or less before drop off: must pay 1/2 of full cost
- cancellation over 5 days before: must pay $20

GUINEA PIG HANDLING

By staying with us you give consent for your guinea pigs to be handled and cared for by responsible carers.

VET CARE

You will fill out a form apon arrival to decide on a vet plan. You may opt for your guinea pig to be taken to the closest available vet, to a vet of your choice, or no vet visit. In the unlikely evet that your guinea pig falls ill we will take the necessary actions that you have previously specified. The owner is responsible for ALL vet fees.

UNFORTUNATE EVENTS

We will take every action to make your pets stay with us as comfortable and stress free as possible, however we will not be held accountable for any unfortunate events.

PAYMENT

You agree to pay Cavy Care the specified cost for your guinea pigs stay. This can be done before or after drop off.

WHAT IS PROVIDED?

All Cavy Care cages include everything your guinea pig needs including: bedding, water, food, and an igloo. All guinea pigs will be fed our pellet and grain mix as well as fresh veggies. If a guinea pig has dietary requirements it is the owners responsibility to bring enough appropriate food for the duration of the stay.

CAN I BRING MY OWN CAGE?

Yes, Definitely! Bringing your own cage will secure you a booking slot in busy times as we do not have unlimited cages, however it is important to contact me first to make sure we are available! It also helps ease the stress of moving locations as your pets will feel comfortable in their own home.
